Shipping

USPS priority mail shipping is calculated at check out. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, with receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging / with tags attached. Certain items are ineligible for returns such as custom scented products, sale items, makeup, or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If your order arrived damaged in the mail, please send photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@patchoulis.com.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide through our site (name, address, phone number, email) is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for our monthly store newsletter only. We will never sell or share your personal information.

If you sign up for our newsletter,  you can easily unsubscribe whenever you wish  - we send about 1 per month, promise we won't be annoying!
